Shire Ride : Sutherland, Ramsgate markets, Wolli Creek

Sutherland Station on cycleways and quiet streets through Sylvania Waters, over Taren Point Bridge and round Botany Bay to Ramsgate. Bring your panniers, backpack or bicycle basket and stock up at Ramsgate Foodies Market, then ride on to Wolli Creek for a train trip home to Sutherland..

Shire rides are short, easier rides to enourage more cycling in the Shire by becoming more familiar with local routes. We are aiming for a small group (max 15). Our route is far away from Kingsway and President Avenue, but takes you close to useful destinations such as schools and shops.

A great opportunity to make new friends, and get more comfortable on your bike.

Pleasse ensure your bike is roadworthy (tyres pumped, brakes working), that you have a helmet and turn up 15 minutes before the start time to ensure an efficient get-away.
