Shire Ride : Wolli Creek to Centennial Park, return

Hop on a train at Sutherland to Wolli Creek (or drive your car if you must). Then we will ride on cycleways (including the Bourke Street Cycleway) to Centennial Park for coffee. Return via the same route, or if the group agrees through Kensington and back down Coward Street.
Train departs Sutherland @ 8:19am (arrives Wollil Creek 8:40am)
Ride Distance: Approx 25 km
Shire rides are short, easier rides to enourage more cycling in the Shire by becoming more familiar with local routes. We are aiming for a small group (max 15). Our route is far away from Kingsway and President Avenue, but takes you close to useful destinations such as schools and shops.
A great opportunity to make new friends, and get more comfortable on your bike.
Pleasse ensure your bike is roadworthy (tyres pumped, brakes working), that you have a helmet and turn up 15 minutes before the start time to ensure an efficient get-away.
